2025 Enrolment Timeline
Applications for Kindergarten and Year 7 open one year in advance of school commencement and are managed in two rounds.
Round One (priority round)
- 17 February 2025 - Enrolment opens
- 23 May 2025 - Round one applications close
- 13 June 2025 - Round one offers sent
- 27 June 2025 - Round one acceptance deadline
Round Two (ongoing placements)
- 24 May 2025 - Round two applications open
- 28 June - 19 December - offers are made on a rolling basis as places become available
Please note: To be considered in Round 1, please ensure your application is complete with all supporting documents and information by the closing date.

What do I need to enrol?
To complete your application you’ll need the following enrolment support documents:
- Birth Certificate (required)
- Two documents verifying residential address (e.g. utility bill, rates notice, drivers licence, Centrelink statement, car registration) (required)
- Immunisation History Statement (required)
- Religious sacramental certificates - Baptism and Confirmation (if applicable)
- Passport or Australian Citizenship (if applicable) Visa (if applicable)
- Family Court Orders (if applicable)
- Academic Report (Years 1-12 if applicable)
- Latest NAPLAN report (if applicable)

How do I enrol my child?
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete our online enrolment application form and upload all required supporting documentation before the closing date. Required documents include birth certificate, immunisation records, and proof of address.
Step 2: Application Assessment
Our team will review your completed application and contact you to schedule a welcoming meeting with our School Principal. This allows you and your child to learn more about our school community.
Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance
Applications are carefully assessed according to the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Schools Enrolment Policy. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment. To secure your child's place, an enrolment acceptance fee will be required.
