    Message from the Principal

    Dear Parents and Carers

As we wrap up our first school term for 2025, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership in your child’s learning journey. This term has been very busy - full of growth, learning, and fun. We are so proud of what our students have achieved and the positive spirit they bring to our school each day.

With the term break now upon us, I hope you enjoy some well-deserved rest and quality time together. I wish you a joyful and peaceful Easter filled with happiness and hope.

Thank you once again for being such a vital part of our school community. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the new term, refreshed and ready for more learning adventures.

    Happy Easter

    Lucy Harvey
    Principal

    Holy Week Reflection

On Wednesday Year 5 and 6 led our Holy Week reflection for the whole school. To say I am immensely proud of our Year 5 and 6, would be an understatement. Our senior students presented the key events of Holy Week in such a mesmerizing way that every student watching was engaged and glued to the story as it unfolded. Our reflection was enriched with the joyous participation of Kinder and Year 1, capturing the spirit of Palm Sunday and Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. My heartfelt thanks to the students for bringing the story of Jesus’ last days on earth to life in a very memorable way. Congratulations to Jaymie on her faithful portrayal of Jesus. Many thanks to the parents, grandparents and parishioners who joined us, we hope it was a special occasion for you.

    Easter Hat Parade and Raffle

Yesterday the students proudly showcased their very creative Easter hats. Well done everyone! Thank you to the many parents and grandparents who came in on Monday to bravely assist in the construction of the hats. Don’t you just love glitter! We hope you had as much fun as the students.

The Easter raffle has once again proved to be a huge success. After 37 years of Easter raffles, I finally won a major prize! However, it was more exciting to see little Imogen’s face as she collected the prize on a redraw. To all the lucky winners, pace yourself with the chocolate! Thank you to the P&F committee for organising another successful fundraiser and to our families for your generous support.
